Our History

Cascade Title was founded in 1950 to serve Lane County’s growing real-estate industry. Since inception, the company has seen success by staying the course, ignoring short-sighted trends, and remaining fiercely independent. We have grown over the years, adding contract collections and 1031 exchange services while expanding to three locations in Lane County to better serve our customers.

Cascade Title remains committed to independent ownership, maintaining access to local decision makers, and performing all business functions right here in Lane County. While our competition continues to outsource work away from our region, Cascade Title maintains a local workforce of highly trained professionals eager to provide the service our clients expect. The team at Cascade Title answers to our customers, not our shareholders, and those relationships have sustained us through multiple business cycles, thousands of Oregon jersey combinations, and three generations of family ownership.
