Please note the following requirements for recording instruments in Lane County:
Recording Fees: $87.00 for the First Page and $5.00 for each additional page thereafter. For each additional heading, the fee for the first page will increase by $5.00.
Font Size: All text (typed, written, or printed) must be 8 point or larger (on all pages of the document).
Paper Size: Paper must be smaller than 8.5″ x 14″ and of sufficient quality for recording photographically.
Special Notes: If all required information is not included on the recordable document, then an additional Non-Standard Fee (NSF) of $20.00 will be charged.
